Flash arrestors are UL listed for acetylene. All cylinder connections are made to CGA specifications. Check valves are designed to prevent the mixing of gases in hoses and regulators. FA-10 torch style models are designed to be installed at the torch end. Machined from high quality brass with stainless steel operating spring and valve disc. Feature low open/close pressures: 3 oz to open valve and 10 oz reverse pressure to positively close valve. Color-coded for gas service to provide added safety. Internal check valves designed to prevent reverse flow and accidental mixing of oxygen and fuel gases. Torch and regulator models provide downstream and upstream protection. 10 Inch maximum cutting capacity. For stopping flashbacks by preventing ignition of mixed gases and to protect equipment such as hoses, regulators and cylinders. Set includes FA-100P, FA-200P flashback arrestors.
